AutoPresence is a trading name of Dynamic Business Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 6322946).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoPresence (“the Service”), operated at https://autopresence.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

    • Use the Service to post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content;
    • Attempt to bypass rate limits, safeguards, or security controls;
    • Use the Service in a way that violates third-party platform rules.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present risk to the Service or third parties.

5. Automation & Third-Party Platforms

AutoPresence enables content automation and scheduling on third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, based on your configuration and authorization.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any connected platform.
  • We do not guarantee continued access to any third-party platform or API.
  • Account restrictions or enforcement actions taken by third parties are outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, and platform functionality provided by AutoPresence are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create or submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

  • Some features require a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • You may cancel at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. AI-Generated & Automated Content

AutoPresence may use AI and automation to assist with content creation, formatting, or scheduling.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unintended outputs.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.
  • We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from automated posting.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOPRESENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REPUTATION, OR PROFITS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoPresence and its operators from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
